Chef Keith vegan holiday cooking demo

On November 12, 2011 we held our first cooking demonstration. Chef Keith has been a supervisor in the Food & Nutrition department at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center for the past 6 years, where he acquired his awareness and appreciation for vegetarian cooking.  Now working for the hospital part-time, Keith is pursuing his new in-home personal chef business, Chef Keith’s Cuisine, offering vegetarian or vegan menus are available.

Chef Keith demonstrated how to make vegan white cheese spread with figs and craisins, as well as butternut squash patties with pomegranate molasses. Attendees then got to taste the creations, which were great!
